Platform Terms of Use
By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to use the system lawfully, accurately, and responsibly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add, update, or publish on the platform.
You may not use the platform to mislead others, abuse users, or access data without authorization.
The platform may suspend or block accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Some information in the system is public or collaborative, so edits and submissions must be made carefully and responsibly.
Temporary show workspaces
If you create a temporary show workspace or upload/import a roster file, you confirm that you are authorized to use that data for managing the event.
You must not upload personal data, owner contact details, or dog data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate permission to do so.
Imported data may be used only for that event workflow, including catalog numbers, critiques, results, exports, and manually triggered communications.
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate retention period, exporting anything you need, and deleting temporary data when it is no longer required.
Temporary workspaces must not be used as a permanent dog registry or permanent owner/contact database without a separate consent and account-linking process.
